Litter Locker: Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
We’re so sorry you were not happy with your order — we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer an exchange for a similar item.
Exchanges must meet the same criteria as returns (unopened, unused, and in original packaging).
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the original item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll cover the cost of return shipping of the wrong item and send you the correct replacement at no additional charge.
